Odalys Beauty Studio25 Policies & Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing Odalys Beauty Studio25. To provide every client with a safe, relaxing, and personalized experience, please review our studio policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. ⸻ Appointments, Deposits & Payments To reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required. • All deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only when proper notice is provided according to our rescheduling policy. • By booking an appointment with Odalys Beauty Studio25, you authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the card on file. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule: • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduled appointments are subject to current availability. • Deposits may be transferred to your new appointment when the required notice is provided. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. ⸻ Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking that time. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not receive additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s). • Cancellation fees must be paid in full before booking another appointment. ⸻ Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule depending on remaining appointment time. • Arriving late may result in a shortened service while still being charged the full appointment price. • Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a No-Show. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. • Any outstanding cancellation or no-show balance must be paid before scheduling future appointments. ⸻ Pedicure Health & Safety Policy Your health, safety, and comfort are my priority. Please inform me of any medical conditions or concerns before receiving a pedicure. Health Conditions Please disclose any conditions including, but not limited to: • Diabetes • Poor circulation • Skin conditions • Allergies • Infections • Any condition that may affect your safety during or after the service Diabetic Clients I welcome diabetic clients; however, pedicures provided at Odalys Beauty Studio25 are for relaxation and cosmetic purposes only and are not medical treatments. For your safety: • Cuticle cutting, deep exfoliation, and callus removal may not be performed. • Additional precautions may be required depending on your condition. Infections & Open Wounds For the safety of all clients: • Pedicure services will not be performed on feet with open wounds, active infections, contagious conditions, or any area that may pose a health risk. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for informing Odalys Beauty Studio25 of any medical condition, medication, allergy, or sensitivity that may affect the service. Failure to disclose important health information may increase the risk of reactions or complications. Odalys Beauty Studio25 is not responsible for issues resulting from undisclosed conditions. Right to Refuse Service Odalys Beauty Studio25 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if it is determined that continuing the service may put the client or service provider at risk. ⸻ Body Waxing Policies Please review these guidelines before your waxing appointment to ensure the best results and a safe experience. Before Your Appointment For best waxing results: • Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (approximately 2–3 weeks of growth). • Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment. • Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, perfumes, or self-tanner. • Do not wax areas that are sunburned, irritated, broken, or infected. ⸻ Intimate Waxing Policy For Brazilian and bikini waxing: • Clients must be 18 years or older for intimate waxing services. • Minors require parental consent where permitted by law. • We do not perform Brazilian or bikini waxing during your menstrual cycle. Please schedule your appointment accordingly. For your comfort, disposable wipes and coverings are available. ⸻ Personal Hygiene Requirements A clean and sanitary environment is important for both the client and esthetician. Please arrive: • Freshly showered or bathed. • Wearing clean clothing. • With the waxing area clean and free of sweat, body odor, lotions, oils, deodorants, or perfumes. If proper hygiene is not maintained, Odalys Beauty Studio25 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the service, and applicable cancellation fees may apply. ⸻ Waxing Aftercare For 24–48 hours after waxing, avoid: • Hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms • Swimming pools • Direct sun exposure or tanning beds • Intense workouts that cause excessive sweating • Tight clothing • Harsh skincare products or scented lotions After 48 hours: • Gently exfoliate 2–3 times per week. • Moisturize daily to help maintain smooth skin and reduce the chance of ingrown hairs. ⸻ Medications & Skin Conditions Please inform your esthetician if you are using: • Retinol or Retin-A • Accutane (within the last 6–12 months) • Prescription acne medications • Chemical peels • Any medication or treatment that affects your skin Certain medications, treatments, or skin conditions may prevent waxing for your safety. ⸻ Facial Policies Your skin is unique, and every facial is customized to your individual needs. Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax and enjoy your full facial experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. Skin Health Before your facial, please inform us of: • Skin conditions • Allergies or sensitivities • Current skincare products • Medications or treatments you are using This information helps provide the safest and most effective treatment. Fragrance-Free Policy Please avoid wearing strong fragrances on the day of your facial to help prevent skin sensitivity and create a relaxing environment. Aftercare Following your recommended aftercare routine is essential for maintaining your results and protecting your skin. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service For the health, safety, and comfort of all clients, Odalys Beauty Studio25 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if: • Proper hygiene has not been maintained. • The skin, nails, or treatment area are not suitable for the requested service. • A medical condition, medication, or treatment makes the service unsafe. • A client behaves in a disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe manner. ⸻ Thank you for trusting Odalys Beauty Studio25 with your beauty and self-care experience.
